Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Collect blood and other patient samples efficiently.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment (analyzers, centrifuges).
- Perform biochemical, hematological, and microbiological tests.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports of test results.
Requirements
- DMLT or B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology.
- 1-4 years of experience in a clinical laboratory.
- Proficiency in phlebotomy.
- Knowledge of NABL standards and quality control.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
