Digital Reports
Most laboratory and radiology reports are processed digitally. Once authorized by the specialist, you will receive an SMS and Email with a secure link to download your reports. This ensures rapid access without needing to revisit the hospital.
Physical Collection
Hard copies of reports, MRI/CT scan films, and discharge summaries can be collected from the Medical Records Desk on the Ground Floor. Standard collection hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Required Documentation
To protect your privacy and adhere to medical confidentiality laws, reports will only be handed over after identity verification.
- Patient Collection: Original payment receipt and valid photo ID.
- Proxy Collection: Authorization letter signed by the patient, copy of patient's ID, proxy's original ID, and payment receipt.
