Process
Admissions are categorized as Planned (advised during OPD consultation) or Emergency (via casualty). For planned admissions, our Admission Desk will assist you with room selection, initial deposits, and completing the necessary consent forms. We offer a range of room categories from multi-bed units to premium luxury suites to suit your preferences.

Patient Safety & Infection Control
Your safety is our priority. We adhere to stringent international infection control protocols. We request patients and attendants to practice regular hand hygiene and follow isolation guidelines if advised by the clinical team.
Attendant & Visitor Policy
One attendant is allowed to stay overnight in private rooms. General visiting hours are strictly monitored to ensure patients get adequate rest and to minimize infection risks. Children below 12 are generally not allowed as visitors.
Discharge
Planning
The discharge process is initiated once your consultant authorizes it. The process involves final bill preparation, pharmacy clearance, and compiling your discharge summary and reports. This typically takes 3-4 hours, or longer if TPA/Insurance approvals are required. Our nursing staff will provide comprehensive post-discharge care instructions.
